WHO'S WHO?
In many cases, updated information is not available to our referee's. Garden City Soccer Club is quickly working to change that. In an effort to improve communication and education in all aspects of our club we will update this page on a regular basis. You will also be able to download season referee schedules from this page.
For those of you who are unaware of who to contact with questions or concerns, below is a list of contact information.
Steve Horvath: GCSC Referee Assignor/Administrator.
Pete Morissey: MSYSA Youth Referee Administrator.
Carlos Folino: State Referee Administrator.
DO I GET MY MONEY BACK?
Garden City Soccer Club will reimburse all referee's for their initial license fee of $50.
Those referee's who pay the recertification fee of $35 are expected to pay that fee on their own without requesting reimbursement from the club.

US Soccer/US Youth Soccer Referee Page. Check this site often as it will soon be hosting "You Make The Call" which will contain video interactive clips where you will be the referee.
To connect with referees around the country and find answers to any questions you may have, visit Ask the Ref. They have a chat forum as well as questions posted and answered from officials.
Looking for new equipment or uniform? SCORE and EPIC both supply referee equipment (EPIC tends to be a little more affordable).
