New Umpires Needed

Milford Little League has a very strong tradition of producing some of the best umpires in all of youth baseball.

.2008 is the third year in a row that one of our umpires will be honored with a chance to call games on ESPN during the Little League World Series.  I would dare say no other Little League in the nation can make such a claim.

It's time for YOU to step up to the plate and join our team.  The Fall is a great time to start.  You have an opportunity to call games in a less competitive environment.

Come take advantage of our top notch training and mentors and give back to the kids of our local community at the same time!

If your interested, please email milfordlluic@yahoo.com

Ken to Call Tournament of State Champions

Ken Fitts has been invited to call the 2009 Tournament of State Champions in West Virginia.  This tournament pits the 9/10 state champion from every state in the southern region.

It's a great tournament and I'm certain Ken will have the time of his life.  If you see Ken around the park, remember to wish him well.

Congrats Ken and have a great time!

SPONSOR MILFORD LITTLE LEAGUE

Sponsorship donations serve two purposes at Milford Little League. They lower player registration fees and help make improvements to Milford Park, which increases the enjoyment of all people involved with Milford Little League.

A few things to keep in mind when you considering sponsoring Milford Little League is a 501c3 non-profit organization, which means all donations are tax deductible, for each $250 donation, of goods, services or cash, we place a banner on a field fence and for each $250 donation a family brings to the park we will rebate $50 of that family’s registration fee.
