2008 Fishing Derby
 
Kid's Free Fishing Derby: Local youths ages 5 to 16 are invited to test their fishing skills and win prizes and free give-a-ways at the Gallatin Kid's Fishing Derby. Check in is at 8:00 AM, Fish from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM on Saturday June 7th. This is also free fishing day and no fishing lisence is required.

Location: Lock 4 Point Park(At the end of Lock 4 Rd)
Please park along side the road and where you are instructed by Park Personnel.

Registration: Only those who pre-register by June 5th will be guaranteed a goodie bag. You can sign up at the Gallatin Civic Center, or download entry form and rules in the handout below and mail the entry form to: Civic Center, Fishing Derby, 210 Albert Gallatin Ave, Gallatin, TN 37066

The deadline for pre-registration entries is June 5th. All Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the derby. children must furnish their own poles. Bait will be provided, or, however, you may bring your own

Biggest fish
Smallist Fish
Largest Stinger
Casting Contest
Angeler of the Day - Grand Prize
