Flex Classes  for ages 6 to 14 years old
New and improved this year, our FLEX program offers a series of introductory classes to all those interested in learning the fundamentals of Cheerleading, Gymnastics, and Dance without the pressures of competing. Get a taste of cheer, hip-hop, and tumbling all in one class without the financial and time commitments associated with a year-round team.  This is a great way to keep your children involved in activities they love!
