The objective of the GALACTICAS Soccer Club is to promote and develop the sport of soccer for girls in the Latino community of Chester County. Our philosophy is to provide an atmosphere of good sportsmanship within which the players and teams can compete, learn, and enjoy the game of soccer.

El objetivo de Galácticas es promover el deporte del futbol entre las muchachas latinas del Condado de Chester. Nuestra filosofía es proveer una atmosfera de buen deporte en el que las muchachas y el equipo puedan competir, aprender y disfrutar del futbol.

Congratulations girls!!
Las Galacticas have had an unbelievable Indoor Winter season. After participating for the first time at the Lega Premier Femenil tournament at Centro Latino in Wilmington, DE, they finished their 2010 winter season with a win over Chelsea, Liverpol, Moroleon and a draw against Jalisco. Galacticas Soccer Club would like to congratulate the girls and a season to remember and wish them luck in Spring Tournament!!!

Volunteers:
The GALACTICAS Soccer Club is run entirely by volunteers. We are always looking for additional helpers. Most of the jobs don’t require any soccer knowledge. So, if you are interested in working with a terrific group of people, please contact someone on the Board or come to one of our monthly meetings. Presently we are looking for people to help in the following positions:
Volunteers to help with our Spring 2011 Cinco de Mayo Tournament. We need lots of people to fill many different roles to keep this tournament fun and successful.
