FRIDAY, MAY 10TH: BUCCANEERS HOST

"MOTHER'S DAY MAKEOVERS" AT ONE BUCCANEER PLACE

Last Friday, May 10th, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' Fourth Annual "Mother's Day Makeover" program provided a once-in-a-lifetime experience to 50 mothers from Central Florida in honor of Mother's Day. This year's Mother's Day program participants enjoyed a new twist, as the team opened up its doors and transformed its state-of-the-art facility into a spa for this special experience, which also took place on the United States' annual Military Spouse Appreciation Day.

2013 Mother's Day Makeovers Manicures

In honor of Mother's Day, the Buccaneers treated 50 very deserving military moms to a day of relaxation and pampering at One Buccaneer Place.

On Friday, the Buccaneers hosted 50 mothers who are currently U.S. military members, are mothers of U.S. military members, or are spouses/partners of a U.S. military member and would benefit from a day of pampering and relaxation.

"It really makes me feel appreciated not only as a mom, but as a military spouse to know that the community appreciates us and has reached out to do something nice for us as military moms," said Angie Hewitt, a mother of two whose husband serves in the Air Force.

Their unique spa experience included manicures, massages, hair stylings, makeup, and tips from a professional fashion consultant. To see more from this memorable event, click here or visit www.buccaneers.com
