FALL REGISTRATION INFORMATION
You can still register your child for our Fall 2006 season, please complete a registration form and mail it to Space City Futbol Club, P.O. Box 590852, Houston, TX   77259-0852. Please include the proper registration fee and a copy of the child’s birth certificate, if needed.

Fees*:        $90.00   for birth dates August 1, 1998 through July 31, 2002 (U5-U8)
        (Children must be 4 before August 1, 2006 to register for Fall season.)
       $120.00 for Birth dates August 1, 1988 through July 31, 1998 (U9-U18)
        $15.00 Late Fee will apply after June 30, 2006.

Forms:        Print a registration form from this website or from www.spacecityfc.org

Uniforms:        Please be sure to mark uniform sizes on the registration form.

Season:        The Fall season will start in September. Practices will start in August.

You will be contacted by your child’s coach around the end of July. PLEASE BE PATIENT

PLEASE NOTE:
1.        All new players need to bring a copy of their birth certificate to be kept on file.
2.        Players must register by May 31, 2006 to return to their previous Fall team, provided their age group is not subject to a redraft.
3.        Late registration is accepted after June 30, 2006, subject to a $15.00 late fee. Players registering late will be put into the draft.
4.        Registrations received after June 15th will be put on a waiting list to fill teams as needed. There is no guarantee of placement on a team after June 15th.
5.        Refunds are as follow: Before July 31-Full Refund, before August 31-1/2 Refund; after September 1-No refund. Refund requests must be in writing to the registrar.
6.        Checks can be made payable to Space City Futbol Club or SCFC

*Fees include: Shirt, shorts and socks; secondary insurance; BAYSA and STYSA player fees; field maintenance; equipment; coaches training; player training when available; administration and field development.
