FVAA Boys Volleyball: Welcome

Welcome to the Fuquay-Varina Athletic Association Spartans Boys Volleyball Team page. As our season progresses, we'll post photographs and results of our tournament play. Let me know what you'd like to see on this site and I'll try to get it posted for you.

Team Goals
Our goal is to create a positive, supportive environment so that every player has a great volleyball experience. We are looking forward to a fun-filled season where the boys will improve their current skills, learn new ones, and develop the values of teamwork, sportsmanship and fair play.

Practices

        Sundays from 1 PM to 3 PM at Council Gym on Ennis Street in Fuquay Varina

FVAA Spartans Boys Team (14:U)

2008 Age Definitions (The age that your son will be as of September 1st, 2007)
        14:U - 14 and under - Players who were born on or after Sept. 1, 1993.


FVAA Individual Membership Fee

•        $40 for a town of Fuquay-Varina resident
•        $65 for all others
•        Will not run out in February

USAV Individual Membership Fee:

•        Register at the following website:    http://www.carolinaregionvb.org/Registration/
•        $45/player for boys 14:U.
•        Online registration is not complete until ALL signed documents are returned to the region office. No team/club designation required . . . choose UNDECIDED at this point.

USAV Medical Release Form
Fill out Medical History and Release form provided and return to Coach Steve. Form must be compete and signed by player and Parent/Guardian. (be careful not to sign both authorization lines!)

Junior Referee Certification

        All players encouraged to take referee certification class: (No charge)
