FARMINGTON UNITED SOCCER ASSOCIATION: Welcome

We currently have the following Board Positions open that needs to be filled as soon as possible. 

Secretary - Takes minutes for all board meetings, assists with scheduling & organizing semi-annual meetings, sends meeting reminders and assists with paperwork as needed (average time committment is 2-3 hours per month).

Treasurer - Need working knowledge of Quickbooks, (prefer with Non-Profit understanding, but not required as there is a support person available on the board).  Requires attendance a monthly board meeting, in addition to other FUSA Board functions, financial report preparations with submission to club and league, A/P, A/R, Banking, Reconcillations, etc., average time committment is 2-3 hours per month.

Any person having contact with the players or having access to the players personal information, must complete a disclosure form. This includes Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Team Manager. Anyone who fills in for the coach, either at practice or at games must also have this completed. Any person not cleared by the Club, League & State cannot be on the field at any time.

 All teams are required to have a minimum of two adults, with proof of passed background check (finalized card & on permanent roster) at every practice.  During games, no one is allowed on the field who does not meet this requirement.
