Welcome to the CINCY FLAMES web site. The Flames are a nationally competitive 16U baseball team based out of Cincinnati, Ohio that competes in the SOUTHWEST OHIO LEAGUE ,the largest AABC Baseball League in the USA. The Flames are managed by Jay Basil along with assistant coaches Jason Basil, Brion Treadway, and pitching coach Mo Sanford.
Mo Sanford is a former Major League pitcher with the Reds, Twins, Rangers and Rockies. Mo is the Flames full time pitching coach. He is considered one of the top pitching intructors in Greater Cincinnati and is involved in year round training and deveopment of the deep and talented Flames pitching staff.
Jason Basil is a two time high school All-American catcher and a one time colligate All-American at Georgia Tech. Jason played 4 years in the Oakland A's farm system after college.
Brion Treadway was a 3rd round pick of the S. F. Giants out of UNCC in 2000 were he was a Baseball America Pre-season All-American. He was named the 2003 San Jose Giants Pitcher of the Year.

The Cincy Flames are proud to host the 2007 TBS Tournament of Champions - 16U Elite Showcase. This tournament will feature 24 of the top 16U teams in the country. There are 10 teams that are ranked #1 in their state. The invited teams are:

FLAMES FINISH 2005 SEASON RANKED #1 IN STATE AND #14 IN NATION IN USA SPORTS RANKING. Check out the complete STATE and NATIONAL rankings.
FLAMES FINISH 2005 SEASON RANKED #10 IN NATION IN TBS FINAL RANKINGS.
The Flames finished the season with a 60-27 overall record and finished in the top two in eight different tournament including the Co-Championship in the prestigious Midwest Clash of Champions in Kansas City, MO.

2004 SEASON
FLAMES FINISH 2004 SEASON RANKED #1 IN STATE AND #29 IN NATION IN USA SPORTS RANKINGS.
The Flames capture the 2004 Southwest Ohio League CHAMPIONSHIP with a record of 23-1 and finish the season with an overall record of 76-22.
The Flames place THIRD at the NABF World Series in SOUTHHAVEN, MS.

2003 SEASON
FLAMES FINISH 2003 SEASON RANKED #1 IN STATE AND #10 IN NATION IN USA SPORTS RANKINGS.
The Flames capture the 2003 Southwest Ohio League CHAMPIONSHIP with a record of 24-3 and finish the season with an overall record of 77-15.
The Flames place SECOND at the NABF World Series in Hopkinsville, KY. The final game against the Harford Sox was a hard faught battle of great pitching and power hitting.
The Flames finished THIRD at the CABA Ultimate World Series at Basil Fields held July 27th-August 1st.

2002 SEASON
THE FLAMES FINISHED THE 2002 SEASON RANKED #1 IN OHIO AND #9 IN THE NATION IN USA SPORTS RANKINGS.
The Flames finished third in the NABF WORLD SERIES in South Haven, MS held from July 7 - 14, 2002 with a tourney record of 6 and 1.
The Flames finished the 2002 season with an impressive 48 and 14 same age record along with a combined record of 60 and 27 including older competition.
CONGRATULATIONS TO THE FLAMES PLAYERS AND COACHES FOR AN OUTSTANDING YEAR!!
