You can fill out the application that is in the Forms & Schedules Tab and mail them to our Post Office Box or bring them to the field.

The Fall Session will start the first week of September with the first games being held on September 7, 2013.

MEMORIAL DAY PARADE

We will be marching and would like as many players to attend as possible. Players should report to the staging area by 9:30am. More information will be given out by the Coaches.

Message from the President

I want to thank the board for the opportunity to lead this organization for the next year. I have been a soccer parent for 9 years and a member of the board for the last 2. I have a lot of respect for this organization and will work hard to maintain the integrity that Fulton Youth Soccer has achieved. I am very excited about the future of our program and bringing it along and catching up with the times with new technology and opportunities.

Join us on facebook for updates, announcements and sign up dates. We will be using this venue to keep our members up to date and get feedback on some issues. We also hope to be updating our website in the next few months, so check back for information on that as well.

Sheila Carvey left me some big shoes to fill and I will do my best to carry on the work of all the previous presidents and keep Fulton Youth Soccer going for another 30 years.

Hope to see you in the Spring!

Chris Hansen

Founded in 1978, the Fulton Youth Soccer League strives to teach children between the ages of 5 and 14, soccer fundamentals, teamwork and good sportsmanship. The FYSL offers both an In-House League and a Travel League. Fulton Youth Soccer League provides a healthy and wholesome environment for families to gather. It's a place where parents can join their children and assist them in learning to play soccer with no measured standards of achievement. The child can experience the thrill of competition, learn responsibility to the coach and to teammates, and enjoy playing soccer. Our In-House League offers a non-competitive atmosphere for the 5yr - 12yr old players. The In-House League's primary objectives are to teach basic soccer fundamentals, good sportsmanship, discipline, and fun. Here the emphasis is not on winning, but rather the love of the game. Each player, no matter the age or ability level, will have equal playing time and will be encouraged to do his or her best. For those with a more competitive spirit, FYSL also offers a travel league for the 10yr - 19yr old players. The Travel League plays against other league teams within the Central New York State area. Here, the level of play emphasizes team and individual performance. This is introduced in preparation for the more intensive and mature competition encountered at the middle and high school levels.
