"Early Bird" Registration deadline for the 2008-2009 season is Monday, September 1, 2008, and is based on the following fees:

- $85 for one player

- $120 for two or more players from the same family.

"Late" Registration for the 2008-2009 season is Tuesday, September 30, 2008, and is based on the following fees:

- $95 for one player

- $130 for two or more players from the same family.
