Coaches will receive:
§ Team Assignments § Field Assignments § Equipment § Information about FSYSL and Solano Soccer Club § On site training from UK International
Age Group Coordinators will contact you with more information prior to event.
This is a mandatory meeting ~ the only opportunity for coaches to receive this information and equipment.

Registration closed June 30, 2009 any application post marked after June 30, 2009 will be held as an as needed basis to fill a particular age group or team, no player/team request will be honored.
Forms are available to download on this site (under handouts on the left hand menu) or on the CYSA North website (under links on the left hand menu).
Playing Fees: $150 for one player and $145 for each additional sibling. Fees include uniform, award medal, individual and team photo, some professional training and loads of fun! Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order only, NO CASH! Please DO NOT send in pictures with your application forms. These will be requested by your child's coach at their practice.
* You will need to download 2(two) copies of Form 1601, Membership form and sign each form with original signatures (Copies of signatures will not be accepted.)
*Send a copy of your child's birth certificate.
*Attach a personal check, cashier's check or money order (NO CASH) made payable to: FSYSL

COACHES, ASSISTANT COACHES AND VOLUNTEERS!
*If you are coaching or would like to volunteer in any capacity with your childs team, please download 2 (two) copies fo Form 1628, Risk Management Disclosure Form and sign each form with original signatures. (Copies of signatures are not accepted)

Help support the league by volunteering to be a Coach, Assistant Coach, Referee, Team Parent, Board Member, etc....FREE coaching and referee clinics are available. More details and information will also be available at registration, any board meeting or by contacting the league.

UK International Soccer Camps are coming to FAIRFIELD/SUISUN.
UK Internationals objective is to create the optimal environment in your own community in which children can learn and develop under the guidance of our ‘ultimate soccer educators.Coaches, primarily from Great Britain, are selected not only for their knowledge and their coaching ability, but also for their commitment to creating a fun, positive learning environment for the players. The result is a soccer camp experience players will remember for a lifetime.All camp sessions are based on individual attention to ball skills, as well as fun games to put those skills into practice and develop teamwork. Players are encouraged to express themselves in order to develop confidence and individual creativity on the field.
