Freedom Blaze: Locations

Mayeski Park
From intersection of Liberty Road and Rt 32:
Follow Liberty Road West and turn right just past South Carroll High School. Follow road past stadium and park at top of hill. Field is on right by pavilion.

Steffan Memorial Field
Beltway Exit 15 (Route 40 West). Make left at first light onto Winter’s Lane. Make left at first road onto Old Frederick Road. Field is on right at the end of the road.


Sykesville Middle School
From Liberty Road in Eldersburg -
Take Route 32 South towards Columbia
Turn Right at light onto Springfield Avenue
Take left at Cooper Drive
Continue straight into parking lot


Bell Branch Park - Field A
Beltway Exit 4 (I-97 South). Follow I-97 South to Exit 7 (Route 3 South toward Bowie and Crofton). After passing fast food restaurants on left, get in left land. Just past McDonald’s, make left at light to Route 424 East. Go through 4 traffic lights (past Crofton Middle School and crossing Route 450). After Fire Station, complex is 500 yards on right.

Reisterstown Regional Park
From intersection of Rt 32 and Rt 26: Take Rt 32 North to Gamber. Turn right at light onto Rt 91 North. At second light, turn right onto Rt 140 East. Just before Rt 30 ramp, turn right onto Mitchell Drive. Park entrance will be just ahead on right. Continue through the park, turning left until you see the fields.


St Paul's School
Beltway Exit 23 (Falls Road North). Follow to third traffic light at Seminary Avenue. Turn left into St. Paul’s School. Field is on the right.

Valley Meadows Park
(263 Meadow Blvd Carlisle, PA 17013)

From South (Maryland/Gettysburg): US Route 15 North to Dillsburg, turn left onto Route 74 N. Continue on Route 74 to Carlisle. Turn left on to Route 641 West. Proceed through Carlisle, past Dickinson College are. At the Route 11/641 split, bear left and continue on Route 11 South. Turn left on to Meadow Blvd (Carlisle Tire and Rubber Distribution Center on right); proceed two blocks to fields on left.

From North (Hershey/Harrisburg): Take 81 South towards Carlisle continue to exit 44 Plainfield (old exit 12) turn right Go on Rt. 465 (Allen Road) approx. ½ mile to Rt. 11 (Sheetz on your left. Right turn onto Rt. 11 (North) Go on Rt. 11 approx. 1 mile to Meadow Blvd. (2 brick pillars) Right turn onto Meadow Blvd Go 1 block and turn left into gravel road for field #1 parking OR Go to end of street (2 blocks) and turn left for field #2 parking Note: Can access either field from either parking lot.



Western Regional Park #7
Follow I-70 West toward Frederick to Route 97 South. Follow Route 97 South approximately two miles to Carrs Mill Road. Turn right onto Carrs Mill Road. Follow approximately 0.3 miles and turn right into the park. As you enter the park, stdium fields #5 and #4 respectively will be directly on your left. To reach fields #7, #8 and #10, proceed on the main park road towards the back of the park. Fields #7 and #8 will be on your left and field #10 is all the way at the end of the park. The fields are labeled with signs.
