Welcome to the 2009 Frisco High School Cross Country Season 

As summer approaches so does another cross country season. As you know our season begins prior to the start of school. Therefore, it is essential that we attend our summer workouts to prepare for another successful 2009 season.

The summer schedule is as follows: Tuesday's and Thursday's at 7:30 AM. If you are out of town you are expected to run on your own. If you are in town and can't make the 7:30 AM workout there is an alternate 7:00 PM workout at Wakeland High School.

Our morning workouts will take place either at Russell Creek Park in Plano or at the CTE Center here in Frisco.

Russell Creek Park-3500 McDermott Drive, Plano, TX

  • (from FHS) Parkwood south to Lebanon east
  • Lebanon east to Coit south
  • Coit south to McDermott east
  • Russell Creek Park is on the right

CTE Center-9889 Wade Blvd., Frisco, TX

  • Preston Road to Wade Blvd., turn east on Wade
  • CTE Center is behind the Frisco Athletic Center
