See the Handouts section for the 2009 Little League Rule Changes. For kid-pitch divisions, the rules have changed and local leagues can choose 1 of 2 options. FWLL has chosen Option 1.

Little League Baseball, Incorporated was founded in 1939 and, due to its great success and devotion to the development of young bodies and minds, was provided a federal charter in July of 1964 by unanimous acclamation of the United States Senate and House of Representatives. The charter was signed into law by Texas' own Lyndon B. Johnson.
