I would like to thank all the volunteers, coaches, parents, brothers, sisters, and that helped countless hours to get the fields ready and to have concession areas operating.
For us to see that much rain in that short of a time period and to get the majority of the games in was a amazing task by a dedicated group of volunteers that worked until after midnight each night and returned the each morning @ 6:00 a.m.
A special thanks to all the teams that supported our tourney and adjusted to the schedule changes. Unfortunately mother nature took over Monday morning and saturated already soggy fields.
With the weather conditions this year there is no way we could have got all the pool games and part of the championship round in without the outstanding volunteerism that was shown. |

ALL THE TEAMS, COACHES AND PLAYERS, IN THIS TOURNAMENT HAVE CONDUCTED THEMSELVES IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. VERY HIGH LEVEL OF ORGANIZED BASEBALL. I TIP MY HAT TO THE 7U COACHES AND THEIR PLAYERS, THESE GUYS PLAY THEIR HEARTS OUT. THE UMPIRES NEED MORE EXPERIENCE. GREAT ALL-AROUND-TOURNAMENT.

Thanks for putting on a great tournament and we're looking forward to seeing your teams at the Westbury Summer Classic starting today!
Could you please complete standings and post the scores for the various divisions so we can see who ended up winning?
Thanks very much.

You have a nice complex, cool looking tournament shirts, but, your officals need some work. You have the best of the best playing for their area. It was a shame and I felt bad to see the inexprience of the offical that was on the field. I have been involved playing, coaching and officiating ball for 36 years and that was the poorest I have ever seen. At this level you need two umpires on the field. If you can not get two, then a league offical should have been available to help out.
Hope your tournament is a sucess and wish your All-Star teams the best of luck. |
