August 7, 8 ,9 of 2009 in Blair, NE @ BYSA. The NSAA has moved the start of HS practice to the 10th. After consideration of all the nationals the week before, the availability of umpires and fields, and the wishes of the great majority of teams intent on coming to The Freshman, there will be NO CHANGE in the dates for the The Freshman 2009. It will be held at the BYSA on August 7, 8, & 9 of 2009. Deadline for entry is Friday July 31st, 2009.

Official NSAA HS practice begins August 10th. This date was modified by 

the NSAA after the BYSA set up tournaments for the 2009 season.
