Hello everyone.   It's that time of year again!  If you have not already registered your children for the upcoming hockey year, please do so soon. Emails were sent July 11, 2012 including the following information.  If you did not recieve an email, please contact fremonthockey@yahoo.com to have your email added to the master listing.

Early Registration closes August 15, 2012.

 Here is some very important information to remember:

1.  You can fill out all the forms and email them to Fremonthockey@yahoo.com however in order to be considered registered, your registration fee of $100.00 needs to be received within one week by mail.  ***Remember to register your child at http://www.usahockey.com first before completing the registration forms as the USA Hockey Registration number is required to play***

2.  The PO Box in Fremont will only be checked twice per month, so please plan for this.  If you would like FYHBA to recived your registration packet and/or any payment faster, you may mail directly to the Treasurer's Home Address:  Stacy Dickman   133 Lemon Street   Clyde, OH 43410

3.  Every player this year will have at least one tournament.  The cost of all tournaments are already included into the player fees for the year.

4.  The fees are as follows:

Mites:  (Birth year 2004 and under):  $425 which includes the cost of 1 tournament

Squirts:  (Birth year 2002 and 2003):  $600 which includes the cost of 2 tournaments

PeeWees:  (Birth year 2000 and 2001):  $730 which includes the cost of 2 tournaments

Bantams:  (Birth year 1998 and 1999):  $850 which includes the cost of 2 tournaments

**NEW**High School JV Team:  (Birth year 1997 and older):  $865 which includes the cost of 1 tournament

High School Club Team:  (Birth year 1997 and older):  $1000 which includes the cost of 3 tournaments

There will still be a $35 discount for families with multiple players.

5.  The FYHBA has specific dates for payments throughout the season.  Due dates are as follows:

TO ACCOMPANY REGISTRATION FORMS:   $100.00

 SEPTEMBER 1, 2012:   $200.00 OR MORE

NOVEMBER 1, 2012:   $200.00 OR MORE

DECEMBER 31, 2012: BALANCE IN FULL FOR PLAYER FEES AND JERSEY FEES

JANUARY 1, 2013:  FEE OF $100.00 ASSESSED TO ACCOUNT IF BALANCE IS STILL OWED

APRIL 1, 2013:   ALL EXPENSES INCCURED AFTER 1/1/13 FOR THE CURRENT SEASON DUE IN FULL.

(Invoices will be sent after registration fees have been paid)

6.  IF YOU HAVE A CURRENT OUTSTANDING BALANCE, IT MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED.

WE ARE ALL VERY EXCITED FOR THIS UPCOMING YEAR!  PLEASE GET THOSE REGISTRATION FORMS AND PAYMENTS IN BEFORE THE DEADLINE: AUGUST 15, 2012
