Mugs/Spirit Wear Fundraisers Announced!
We are also putting together our annual Icewolves spirit wear orders, with some exciting new items. These items will be ready in time for Christmas presents. The brochures for this will be coming out soon from Rachelle Bickley, our squirt manager. This will also be posted on our website. Monday, October 19

Practice Times in Fremont
Icewolves: Our season is fast approaching. The Rec. plans to lay ice next week, and we have our first home league games on the weekend of October 24-25. That means, that if all goes according to plan, our first practices will be on Tuesday, October 27. If there is any change in this plan, we will communicate with you through your team managers, through mass emails, or the website. DO NOT CALL OR GO TO THE REC. CENTER DURING THE WEEK OCTOBER 19-23 DURING THE ICE LAYING PROCESS. THEY HAVE SPECIFICALLY ASKED US TO STAY AWAY AND LET THEM WORK. PLEASE HONOR THIS REQUEST. The following chart shows our regular Tuesday and Thursday practice times for mites through our high school team. (MT=mites, SQ=squirts, PW=peewees, BA=bantams, CL=club)
In addition to these times, we will have some special Wednesday practice times, listed here.

If you need new or replacement jerseys for this season, make sure that you send your team manager your size and player number. The team managers are currently organizing these orders, so please communicate with them soon. If anyone is interested in playing in the roller hockey league in Sandusky, they are offering a 15% discount to Icewolves players.. 2009-2010 Registration Underway
It's time to register for the Icewolves 2009-2010 season. It's a very simple process. Follow the link below to USA Hockey and register online with your credit card. After you complete the easy registration process, USA Hockey will email you back a confirmation page. PLEASE FORWARD THAT CONFIRMATION PAGE TO FREMONTHOCKEY@YAHOO.COM .
Then, mail your down payment of $50.00 to Alan Binger at 675 Limerick Rd., Clyde OH 43410. If you mail the $50 downpayment and email the completed USA Hockey registration by July 1st, we will discount your regular season fees by $25.00. Also, all former Icewolves that completely register by July 1 are GUARANTEED a roster spot for next season.
Our fees for next year will remain unchanged from last season! They will be- Mites- $350, Squirts- $395, Peewees- $525, Bantams- $670, HS Club $695. There will continue to be $75 goalie discount and a $35 discount for the second or third player from the same family. We strongly encourage you to make summer payments on these fees to ease the "sticker shock" next fall. All fees need to be paid in full by December 1, 2009. Send those payments to Alan Binger at the same address as above.

Bantams Bring Home A1 Championship!
Strongsville, Ohio - Congratulations to the Ice Wolves Bantam team as they have captured the CSHL Bantam A1 Division Championship! They made the tournament as the 4th seed and went on to defeat top seeded Columbus 2-1 in the first round and yesterday defeated second seed Mentor 3-1 to capture the championship. Great job! Learn to Play Hockey
Tell your friends and neighbors. The Fremont Rec. Center is offering Learn to Play Hockey program which is a great way to get introduced to hockey. Basic skating skills are required. Classes are Saturday mornings from 8:00-8:50 until March 14th and we'll even help get some loaner gear for anyone who may need it. Cost is $35/$40 depending on residency. Contact the Rec. Practice Cancellation Policy
It is the policy of FHYBA to hold practices during inclement weather unless the Rec Center cancels all activities. If you feel uncomfortable making the trip on nights that are questionable, you will be excused from practice on that night. If there are questions about practices on any specific night, please call your manager or coach before heading to Fremont.
