2012 Major Rule Changes

  • 10U - a baserunner can attempt to steal home if the catcher makes a pick-off attempt at 3rd base
  • 10U - if the pitcher has already walked 3 batters in an inning, any additional batters who reach a 4-ball count will finish the at-bat by receiving pitches from one of their coaches (they will not be issued first base); this rule will be in effect at the start of the season but may be amended by the league director at any time
