Philosophy
Welcome from the coaching staff and players of the 2009 Frederick Hustlers 13U Team. The Frederick Hustlers are a premier youth baseball organization based in Frederick, Maryland.
As mentioned on our organization's home page, established in 2001, the Frederick Hustler's philosophy is quite simple. We want to provide opportunities and develop players at a highly competitive environment. It is our goal to enable our players to move onto the next level of baseball, whether it be in high school or at the college level.

Baltimore Metro League
The Hustlers are quickly becoming one of the more successful Baltimore Metro League organizations in the state. The Baltimore Metro League is the largest independent amateur baseball league in Maryland. Formed in 1977, the league has grown to be one of the most successful programs in the USA. During the 2009 season, we will have teams competing at the 12U, 13U, 14U, 15U, and 17U levels.

About Our Team
The 2009 roster consists of 12 dedicated 13 year olds from five different locations: Brunswick, Frederick, Middletown, Taneytown, and Walkersville.
Our schedule for the 2009 season will consist of approximately 34 games not including pre-season and post-season tournaments.
National Title opportunities at the 13U age group associated with the Baltimore Metro League are available through National Amateur Baseball Federation (NABF) and American Amateur Baseball Congress (AABC).
