Forest Park will be fielding a team at the middle school level.All player zoned for FPHS are given priority preference for roster spots.The first practice will be Monday October 6th from 400-530pm at PW Ice Center.

Cost for the MS'ers will be $325 for the season.Registration forms and a $125 deposit are due by first practice. The remaining $200 will be due by November 17.

All first year Varsity JV players need to get their jersey and shell orders in to Lynn Johnson asap. Uniforms are kept by the players for the remainder of their FP hockey careers.There will only be one order placed and monies are needed up front.You can access the Order Form through the HANDOUTS menu item.All inquiries should be sent to Lynn directly.
