When Little League implemented baseball bat regulations, there has been alot of information floating around about which baseball bat you can and can not use.

First and foremost...If your child has an alluminum baseball bat that has a BPF (bat performace factor) of 1.15 it may be used.  The BPF must be printed on the bat.  Even if it has a composite handle...an alluminum barrall bat is legal.
