Registration Instructions: Please print out the following four forms, please note the volunteer form only needs to be completed if you are volunteering to be a Team Parent, Assistant Coach or Head coach. Complete the other three forms and mail them with the fee to the name and address on the Late Registration form.

You should receive a call from your child's coach during the last week of July, except for the Pre-K teams those calls will not be going out until the First week of Sept. (Pre-K teams do not practice in August)

Make sure you turn in your signed Carroll County Code of Conduct. Here is the Carroll County Code of Conduct form in case you need to print and sign a copy.

Here a list of the soccer ball sizes by division:
| Size 3 | Clinic (4 year olds), Kindergarten, Boys and Girls 1 & 2 |
| Size 4 | Boys and Girls 3, 4, and 5/6 |
| Size 5 | Boys and Girls 7/8 and High School |
