Hello everybody....
I use to Wrestle for FortHill..They called me PopTart. I loved it and so did the girls lol .. No I just wanted to say that Bernie Nicholes is the best. We have had are days. He is a Good man, and i will always remeber him . He has teached me so much. And Staying away from the rong People.He everything u do . So i hope u get this .And Stay in school learn as much as u guys can.. And do what u love doing not what other people thank u should do. Much love to all Josh Tart (PopTart) ROCK ON |

Sometimes you come up short however that is no reason to hang your head. Stay confident and keep your head. Another opportunity will arise and you will capitalize when that time comes!! | To the men wrestling at the Regional Tournamnet, I wish you all the best of luck! Stay focused and don't let all the hype get to you. You are all outstanding wrestlers and don't think that anyone in this tournament is better than you. Anything can happen!! Shawn and Justin, you know this as well as I do!! You 2 better state champs by the time I come home! I know you 2 can do it! You've got the heart, the will and the strength...never settle for less than the best! I Cant be there to see you all wrestle although I wish I could, however, I will stay updated through the site and through some phone calls! GO OUT THERE AND KICK SOME ASS!!!! |

| Garrett sorry about the mistake on your weight class. It's been corrected. However, Allegany did finish 5th due to the loss they had to Smithsburg. |
