| wrestled at FH in the 70's, graduated from FH in 1974. We went unbeaten as a Team in 1973-74 season... just wondered how many unbeaten Teams Fort Hill has had........Currently the Head Wrestling Coach at Powhatan High School........love the website, its better than ours!!!!!!!! |

| I'm proud of all our boys. The middle school is looking good as well as the elementary. We are taking the right steps towards the future. Wrestling is not only a sport, its a life style. If we can teach our youth to work hard & never give up, I believe they will become better adults. I also want to say thanks to all the parents for their support. Without your help & support, all our coaching is for not. Keep up your support. |

Hello everybody....
I use to Wrestle for FortHill..They called me PopTart. I loved it and so did the girls lol .. No I just wanted to say that Bernie Nicholes is the best. We have had are days. He is a Good man, and i will always remeber him . He has teached me so much. And Staying away from the rong People.He KNOWS everything u do .
