It is a PopWarner National Rule and an insurance requirement that all paperwork is complete prior to being able to practice.  This includes:
Parental Consent
Medical Examination
Birth Certificate
Scholastic Fitness (Report Card)

Are your fees paid?
Fees are also due in full!
 
If you have not paid in full at this time, your registration fee is increased by $10 (football).  Cheer increases on July 15th.

Message from the region.... "NO PARTICIPANT IS TO BE ALLOWED TO PRACTICE WITHOUT FULFILLING ALL REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS.  IF ANY ONE OF THE ABOVE REQUIRED REGISTRATION ELEMENTS ARE MISSING, YOUR CHILD IS NOT LEGALLY REGISTERED, NOT INSURED, THEREFORE INELIGIBLE TO BEGIN PRACTICE."

Official Weigh In @ Bronco Field - Sat 8/9/08 starting at 1:30

Our official PW weigh in will be on Saturday 8/9/08 starting at 1:30. Teams should arrive early and be prepared to be in-line at least 15 minutes prior to your designated weigh in time.  Weigh in will occur in the school cafeteria.  ALL PLAYERS are encouraged to attend on this date.

All coaches are required by Pop Warner Nationals to read the RISK MANAGEMENT MANUAL and sign the acknowledgement. Return the form to your football or cheer director.
