Old business
Marcel looked at the pipe with camera. First break right by doorway. Will have to dig up concrete floor and then look again. Rob Daniele will get jackhammer. Will cut up floor Saturday. Will need 2 or 3 sections of 4" pipe to get started. Try to get it by Saturday. This will at least fix the first break. Ran it about 60' but something got in the way.
Batting cages - Got quote of $7,444.50 from Eagle Fence. Should call the Board of Ed first. Dale will call Karen Vibert from BoE and get on agenda. He will also ask if we can get sponsors for our fences. Bob Kalat was treasurer at FLL and is on Building Committee. He will go to their next meeting and get help for m them. George Carpenter is contractor building school and he will provide whatever help he can.

Director's reports
VP - Dean has copy of bylaws. He will send everyone a copy. We need to vote on them. Dale said that we are good for this year; we are not due until next year. There are conflicting reports on what Maryellen has in terms of changes.
Majors - No report
Minors - Jeremy got new letter of intent to coach (Adam Clark). Waiting to get schedule. Shawn will contact people at McCabe. Same rules. He will see if there is anything that needs to be changed. Will see if they want to do anything with the umpiring. Dale said there are a couple of people that will volunteer for umpiring. Greenleaf sent Dale an email saying he is almost done with the schedule. Have not gotten permits yet.
Instructional - Waiting on coaches and schedule. Dale said will be clinic in early April for coaches in Instructional and Tball. Dale and Harry Lindroth will set up clinic. Big Al's coaching clinic at Giamatti on Saturday 3/10.
Tball - No report
Player Agent – Board needs to vote on the release of player MB.
Motion by Rich Carmelich, second by Steve Adkins to allow for the release of player MB back into the draft.

Right now we have 197 kids registered. Last year we had 185. We have 32 Tball, 60 instructional 66 minors (15 we will lose to majors), 32 majors returning.
Did reach out to kids who did not show up last night, and they will be there next week. 11 kids who tried out for minors from instructional will all move up.
Waiver needs to be done every year. Need to show proof of residency. Dale will give Jeremy copies of waivers. Last night Jeremy put together rosters for instructional division. There are 6 teams made up of of 6,7,8 year olds. There is one open spot. Right now at 10 kids a team. Tball - We do. Not have enough coaches. Wesley Norris offered to coach Tball. Another guy Trevor said he will manage, but can't do Saturdays. Question if we can mix 4- year olds in, but 4 year olds cannot play with 6 year olds. Need to build a team of 4 and 5 year olds. Edgewood will have own 4-5 year old team and our team will play theirs every week. Question on how to deal with brothers and/or sisters on the same team. Went over rules governing this.
Equipment - No report
Fundraising Director - No report. Steve Adkins asked about the shirts. If a Board member wants Tshirt or sweatshirt, email Beebe size. Next fundraiser is April 9th for Rock Cats. April 2nd will be meeting with the parents. Next Board meeting will be at Giamatti at 6:00.
Safety Director - Did all background checks on volunteers. Most selected coaching as volunteers, but only one selected umpiring. Made a list of those selecting concessions. Made list of coaches. Will nominate minors and instructional coaches tonight. Will contact Maryellen to get approval to use McCabe and Edgewood fields.

President’s Report
Marc DiLoreto asked about practicing schedule. Dale said we won't know until we get permits back. Dale wants all practices of all divisions go through one person.
Eric Beebe presented possible jerseys. Last year, Guy spent $28. Jerseys Beebe presented were $20 apiece + $2 more for team name.
Secretary had to leave at 7:12
