THE PANCAKE BREAKFAST WAS A SUCCESS, THANKS TO ALL WHO CAME OUT!
Possible dates for additional registration: Thursday the 16th and the 23rd from 6:00 to 8:00.Could do Saturday from 10:00 to 12:00. will try for 2/16 and 2/23 from 6:00 to 8:00.
Go to the "HANDOUTS" section and download form to fill out prior to our Registration Day.
The cost of Registration will remain the same: T-Ball & Instructional will be $50.00 + the $50.00 raffle fundraiser and Minors & Majors will be $65.00 + the $50.00 raffle fundraiser!.
Raffle Ticket Fundraiser: Raffle tickets are purchased in advance by the parents at $50.00 per book of 10 tickets, the parents and children then sell the tickets at $5.00 each to recoup the money spent on the book. Doing the raffle fundraiser this way guarantees the fundraiser is a success!!
Tentative Calendar: ALL DATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
February 6th meeting, we will vote coaches in;
March 3rd spring cleanup;
March: tryouts/draft for Minors and Majors. Firm date and Location TBD;
April 14th Opening Day;
June 15th All-Stars (announcing). This year, they will allow you to practice before announcing.
September 15th Fall Ball begins;
October 27th fall cleanup;
November 5th is election meeting.
Clinics – gym at Chippens Hill for 12/14/ 12/21 and 12/28. Price is $10 per kid per week. This is for minors and majors, contact Eric Beebe for more information

SHACK NEWS:
The shack has received some new equiptment donated by connections of Steve Adkins in the restaraunt business, a local business offered to sell us 2 used friolaters for $125.00, they are used but newer and better than the ones we have now, the board voted in favor of the purchase. We need and are seeking an insurance company to come out and inspect all the kitchen equiptment, fire extinguishers etc... for safety purposes.
The new and improved shack is coming along! Mike Bibisi is putting in A LOT of time and effort to make the shack successful this coming season. Donations of any kind are being accepted! Anyone wishing to donate items such as water or Gatorade bottles should contact Mike Bibisi. Any cash donations can go to Shiela Beebe!
