o The swim team is associated with the Miami Valley Swim Association- www.mvsaswim.org.
o The team travels to 4 local pools each summer, including the Dayton Raiders Aquatic Club o Swimmers participate throughout the season in pool parties, fundraisers and special events like our ice cream social/tie-dye t-shirt night.
o Fundraisers include a concessions stand at every home meet, the July 4th and the End-of-Summer pool party. The Swim-a-thon is our major fundraising event.
Adult help is essential. Parents or caregivers are required to volunteer to fill the manpower needs of all home meets, away meets and to participate in the fundraisers. Everyone can be trained for every job at a swim meet.

In June we will start online meet registration. You will sign-in online to let Coach Normile know if you are going to be at a meet or not. He will still assign you to events. This takes the place of our Coach's planning sheet. Look for a link for volunteering for swim team jobs to come with the online meet registration.
There will be evening practices for the first week - June 2 thru June 6. Thank you for making a note of this change. I believe practice will be from 6:00-7 for the 10 and under group and 7-8 p.m. for the 11 and older group. I will keep you posted if these times change.
