Foresthill Youth Soccer Club: Welcome

Registration is currently open for the 2012 Fall Season of soccer.  Registration paperwork can be picked up at the local library, FES & FDMS school offices, and Forest Cottage Preschool.

Boys and Girls who are 4 years old and not yet 14 years old by August 1, 2012 are eligible to participate in the 2012 season.  Although, FYSC is not planning on an Under 14 team, unless there are enough registered players.

Items Needed for Registration:

• Completed Registration Form with signature
• Jersey Size Information Sheet
• 1" by 1" picture of player's face for Player Card
• Birth Certifcate, if this is the first time registering with FYSC
• Payment, checks payable to FYSC.

Registration Details:

Registration fee is $85 per player; this includes a new soccer Jersey ONLY.  There is a $10 discount for each additional sibling registered.  REPEAT: registration INCLUDES a Jersey ONLY! 

You will need to provide:

• Black Shorts
• Black Socks
• Appropriate Size Ball (U6 & U8-Size #3, U10-U12- Size #4)
• Shin Guards
• Cleats (baseball cleats will not work)
