Coaching Points
Duck
- Knees bent and inside ankles./li>
- Back arched. Weight balanced.
- Feet slightly wider than shoulder width.
- Work off of insteps.
- Toes pointed slightly to outside.
Fit
- Eyes lower than defenders, get a bite.
- Punch and grab under pectoral pads.
- Lift- snap hips on movement.
Finish
Chase him with feet, accelerate.
Maintain Base.
- Play through to whistle.
