Forearm Lift Drill

Coaching Points

  1. Bucket step at 45 degree

  2. Work track

  3. Wide base

  4. Lower eye level. Get a bite.

  5. Throw top of forearm through outside half of defender. Lift with wide base.

  6. Stay on track. Work through defender. Take away 2 way go!

  7. Work hips into him if back door.
