About FMLL
Frank Manning Little League is located in El Paso, Texas. El Paso, the “Sun City” boasts over 300 days of sunshine a year. Our fields are located at Irwin J. Lambka Park, 6600 Cloudview Drive on the west side of El Paso at the base of the Franklin Mountains. The league is operated by local citizens and the family members of players in the league who volunteer their time. FMLL could not exist without these volunteers to organize and coach our young players, maintain the fields and manage the concessions.
The league’s objective is to implant firmly in the children of the community the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and respect for authority, so that they may be well adjusted, stronger and happier children and will grow to be good, decent, healthy and trustworthy citizens.
