AAA Minors
Ages 9-12. Players must attend a try out and where skills are assessed. Try out does not guarantee a position in this division. Competition is strongly encourage. Fundamental skill are again stressed, while development of additional skills are taught. Teams play for positioning in post season play. Mandatory play rules are enforced. 9-11 yr. olds in this division are eligible to try out for Minor League All-Stars. Per Little League, 12 yr. olds in this division may not try out for All-Stars. Machine Pitch 7-8 year old Machine 5-Pitch Developmental Division Majors (Little League) Ages 10-12. Strong competition. Player must attend a tryout to assess skills. While fundamental skill are still stressed, advanced skills are taught and developed. Game pace is fast. Teams play for post season. Mandatory play is enforced. All players in this division are eligible to try out for post season All-Stars. AA Minors Ages 8-10, The beginnings of competitive play. Players must go through a try-out to determine skill level. This is also the first level of kid pitch. Fundamental skill are again stressed, but games move at a faster pace, game strategies are also taught. Mandatory play is enforced. Teams play for positioning in post season play. T-Ball Ages 5-6. T-Ball is pure instructional baseball, where basic fundamentals and techniques are taught. This is not intended to be a competitive league. All players bat every inning, score is not kept. There is no post season play. Juniors (Junior League) Ages 13-15. Strong competition. Player must attend a tryout to assess skills. While fundamental skill are still stressed, advanced skills are taught and developed. Game pace is fast. Teams play for post season. Mandatory play is enforced. 15 year old players in this division are not eligible to try out for post season All-Stars. |
