Welcome to Florida District 17 Little League. We are proud to serve 14 Leagues in Indian River, St Lucie, Martin and Okeechobee counties. We also are proud to serve the Challenger Program. HOT!!!!! SCHEDULE CHANGES TO 11BB NO and SLSB!!!!
The TOC Schedules and scores have been updated as of 10:30 PM on 5/29/2012.
Congratulations to Martin County North for winning the innaugural 50/70 TOC Championship and Jensen Beach for taking the Runner-Up Trophy. PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO ALL SCHEDULES AS WE START THE REMAINDER OF THE TOC TOURNAMENT NEXT WEEK! Presidents, Managers, Coaches & Staff, Headquarters has approved the District to allow the 8/9 BB (minors) to play using tournament rules (9/10 BB in book). No eight (8) year olds will be allowed to pitch. Managers and Coaches, please read up on the tournament rules located in the back of the rule book starting on page T-13. Good luck to all the teams.

The State of Florida District Administrators decided tonight that each manager SHALL download a copy of the Little League Approval letter for EACH COMPOSITE bat they have in their bags for Little League Baseball, 10-11 BB, 9-10 BB. You should download a copy of the colored bat picture to check your bats and then download a copy of the approval letter.
ALL umpires are to ask for the approval letter for each composite bat. If you do not have it, then the bat is to be removed and locked up until your team finishes their tournament.

Are you having problems finding handouts such as District Minutes, Presidents Agenda's, II (d), Combined Team forms and other important paperwork that you will need to help your league run smoothly??? All these can be found on our website. For Minutes & Agenda's, these are found under District Handouts. For any other forms, these are also found under District Handouts, then go to the site labeled League Officials Information.

Dear League Presidents and District Staff Members:
Little League International has been advised that the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) has provided official notice that the BBCOR decertification process has been implemented for the Reebok Vector-TLS 33-inch model bat.
Effectively immediately and until notified otherwise, this bat (Reebok Vector-TLS 33-inch length) should be considered non-compliant and subject to Junior, Senior, and Big League Baseball Rules 1.10 and 6.06(d).
It should be noted that the National Federation of State High School Associations has taken similar action.
