A Night of Home Runs

All Star HRs

East Bay National defeats East Bay American 7-4 to take the 10-11 BB championship. Sage Sheridan (East Bay Nat'l) hit a 3-run home run, and Travis Reynoso (East Bay American) hit 2 home runs--a 3-run HR then a solo HR for a total of 4 RBIs.

An unprecedented 9 homeruns were hit during Wednesday night's games. One of the many reasons we love Little League is the wild, strange and uncanny things that can happen. Is this crazy weather affecting the players? Also, a continuation Senior BB game (East Bay vs. Southeast) lasted a little over 2 hours to finish 3 innings; and the Junior BB game (Progress Village vs. East Point) held immediately after the Senior game, only completed the 4th inning some time around midnight!  If the Tournament Directors start looking like zombies and act more irritable than usual, you now know why.
