Dear Southeastern Region Volunteer:

This message is to let you know about the plans involving the transition from the former Southern Region Headquarters in St. Petersburg, Fla., to the new site of the Southeastern Region Headquarters in Warner Robins, Ga. The following items will identify the specific communications plans for those dates:

June 26: Last day upon which the office number (727-344-2661) will be answered during business hours at the headquarters in St. Petersburg.

June 27 through July 5 (for all other Southeastern Region business that is NOT a protest regarding the International Tournament): Call 570-326-1921. Note: District Administrators have been provided with the number to call for protests of the International Tournament during these dates.

July 6: First day to call the new Southeastern Region phone line (478-971-7070) for all business, including protests of the International Tournament.

Faxes: From June 27 to July 5, faxes intended for the Southeastern Region should be sent to 570-326-1074. After July 6, faxes should be sent to 478-971-7071.

Mail: The Post Office Box mailing address for the Southeastern Region will be announced a few days before the new office becomes operational on July 6. Until then, please continue to use the address for the office in St. Petersburg.

E-Mail: Southeastern Region personnel e-mail addresses will not change.
