Suggested equipment:

Water Bottle: This is very important. The kids must stay hydrated. Even if it is a bit chilly, you would be surprised at the number of heat casualties (sorry military term) can occur.

Mouth guard: $1 at Wal-Mart (because we don’t have helmets, please get the ones without the strap)

Shoes: Molded Cleats – Suggestion – go to Play-it-Again Sports. These kids grow so fast…if you buy new every year, it will become very expensive.
