Hurry TODAY (July 1) is the FINAL day for the early registration discount for the MegaSports camp in July. You can still join after this time but will be charged full price. 10:00-11:00 Pee Wee

10:30-11:30 Jr. Midget

11:00-12:00 Midget

A parent MUST stay with each child to sign for equipment. Please DO NOT show up too early or late. We have many kids to outfit and we must do it in an organized fashion. If you have children in mutliple slots, be prepared to show up at multiple times.

**FOOTBALL** 

Football players need to come and pick up there equipment for the season. We will weigh them at this point for final team placement.

**CHEERLEADING**

Cheerleaders that want to sign up for the Fishhawk Wolfpack are welcome to come to this and sign up. If you already have signed up and came to the fitting on the 30th of May this is the day you get to pick up your cheer stuff (including uniform).

Season starts August 1 with a Wolfpack day, August 3 will be the start of the season. We will practice 2 hours a night 5 days a week until school starts, then we go to 3 nights a week. FOOTBALL 1st week is conditioning gym clothes with helmets, 2nd week full dress for football. More info to follow as available.

 BOOSTER will be available on this day with a FULL stock of items. To see what will be available check out the booster tab for list and pricing. Football Coaches you will need to come by the booster table to order your coaches shirts for the year on July 18th. I will have shorts and tshirts for sale to coaches only also.

The Wolfpack is only able to accept cash and checks made payable to FYFCA.

For all football and cheer partcipants it will be required to have the following items before you can pick up equipment on July 18th, if you are picked up on May30th then you will have to hand them in before you will be allowed on the field August 1st. That is going to be a FUN filled day you WON'T want to miss.

1) (2) COPIES of your full year report card.

each of which must fit on one 8x11 page 

2) 2009 Physical on the Pop Warner form (NO EXCEPTIONS)

The physical must be dated 2009 by the Doctor also.

3) any registration paperwork that might be missing
