What does it take to be considered fully registered in our program?

1. A paid registration form.

2. A uniform

3. The 3 mandatory forms (Code of Conduct, Uniform & Special Request)

All must be completed and turned in while registration is open from May 1-31, 2013.

Paper copies of all forms will be available at the SPORTS Office or at any of our fittings.

ONLY cash or checks are accepted.

NOTE: You will need one check to attach to your registration form (made out to SPORTS) and one check to purchase your uniform or any spirit wear items (made out to Youth Cheer).

WAIT LIST

There will be no wait list for the 2013 season.  New move-ins to the district...please contact the Cheer Board at sportscheer@yahoo.com.

REFUND POLICY

A full refund minus the $25 SPORTS Office fee will be given to any cheerleader who drops out while registration is open (May 1-31, 2013).  After registration has close on May 31, 2013, a $40 refund will be given.  NO REFUNDS once our season has started on August 1, 2013.

TIME COMMITTMENT

Our program starts in early August and ends the first or second weekend in October. Most weeks consist of one practice and one game per week.  Game days may vary.
