Take Route 287 North or South to Exit 52 A (sign says Riverdale-23S) Stay on 23 South through 1 traffic light. Take the first exit on the right after the traffic light (sign says Boulevard-West Parkway). Stay on the Boulevard, go through 1 stoplight and 1 blinking light. At the next light (2nd stoplight) make a right onto Sunset Road. High School will be on the left.
From 80 West
80 West to Exit 53 (sign says Wayne-Butler). Stay on Route 23 North for 4 lights. At the fourth light, take the Alexander Avenue exit/jug handle. Take the exit and go straight across Route 23 up Alexander Avenue over the Railroad Tracks to the end of Alexander Avenue. Make a right at the light on to Newark Pompton Turnpike. Make a left at the first traffic light onto Sunset Road. Stay on Sunset, through one traffic light. The school is on the left.

Get off at exit 11 and pay the toll. Stay to your left and follow the signs for route 9 north. Get on Route 9 north and once your on it you will travel about 6 minutes. You will see the Woodbridge Mall on your left and Poor Billys on your right. A minute later route 9 north will merge with route 1 north as soon as it does stay your right and immediately you will see the Woodbridge Shop Rite Shopping Plaza asign that says Shop Rite. Pull into the plaza and drive to the far end of the parking lot driving towards the Liquor store and you will see an opening between the (2) buildings. Drive through the opening and drive around to the back of the Shop Rite building by the loading docks. Route 46 to the River View Drive/Wayne exit. Take this exit and follow signs to River View Drive/Wayne. Follow River View Drive to Valley Road (about 2 miles ) and turn right on Valley Road. Follow Valley Road about 1 mile to the High School which will be on your left. Entrance at light intersection of Valley Rd and Preakness Ave. The Wayne Municipal building is to the left of Wayne Valley High School, same entrance.

Rock Spring Park is located off of Route 24 (Schooleys Mountain Road) in Long Valley
From the East:
Follow Route 80 west to exit 27A (Route 206 South). Follow Route 206 South for approximately 5 miles to Four Bridges Road (intersection with a traffic light and a Quick Check on the corner). Turn right onto Four Bridges Road and follow to the end. Take left onto Bartley Road and continue until it ends at the intersection with Route 24 (Schooleys Mountain Road) Make a right turn into Route 24 and take it to the center of Long Valley. At traffic light, continue to the right on Route 24. Follow Route 24 up Schooleys Mountain to the next traffic light. (Police Station is on your right) Make a right turn onto Rock Road. Rock Spring Park is on your right. Park entrance is several hundred yards down on your right side. Once you enter the park, stay to your left passing the tennis and basketball courts until you reach the Babe Ruth Baseball Field located in the rear of the park.
From the South (via Route 206):
Follow Route 287 North to Route 206 North in Bridgewater (first exit north of Route 78). Follow 206 North through Bedminster, Peapack-Gladstone, and into the center of Chester. Continue on 206 North and take left onto Route 24 West. (Larisons Turkey Farm is located at the intersection) Continue on Route 24 into the center of Long Valley. At traffic light, continue to the right on Route 24. Follow Route 24 up Schooleys Mountain to the next traffic light. (Police Station is on your right) Make a right turn onto Rock Road. Rock Spring Park is on your right. Park entrance is several hundred yards down on your right side. Once you enter the park, stay to your left passing the tennis and basketball courts until you reach the Babe Ruth Baseball Field located in the rear of the park.
From the South (via Routes 517/523):
Follow 523 North through Flemington and Readington, and continue on 523 North, crossing over Route 22 in Whitehouse. Follow this under Route 78 into Oldwick. Continue straight at the intersection with Lamington Road (where Route 523 turns right onto Lamington Rd.), and this now becomes Route 517. Follow this through Tewksbury and into Long Valley. Follow this to the intersection with Routes 24 and 513 (approximately 9 miles from Route 78). The Long Valley Brew Pub will be on your left just before the intersection. At traffic light, continue straight on Route 24. Follow Route 24 up Schooleys Mountain to the next traffic light. (Police Station is on your right) Make a right turn onto Rock Road.
