Fillies Pony National Qualifier
Fillies Host Pony Tournament
The 21st Ward Fillies FastPitch 18u Travel team will host their 7th Pony Softball National Class “A” Qualifier Tournament in 2012 on July 14 and July 15. Games will be played at the Hagys Mill Complex behind the Pearlman fields. The winner of the tournament qualifies for the Pony National tournament in Cary, North Carolina at the end of July.
First games start 8AM on Saturday & Sunday and run till 5PM. Each team plays three pool games on Saturday with single elimination starting on Sunday morning. Attending teams are; Philadelphia Spirt Elite, Philadelphia Spirit Gold, Hillsborough Hustle, Warrington Blue Thunder, Pennsbury Gems, Northwest Explosion, Long Island Riptide Rampage & Fillies FastPitch.
Representing the Fillies are; Suzy Bernstein, Gwyn Botley, Katie Brock, Lizzie Citrone, Michelle Cybularz, Jessica Drossner, Alexis Giovinazzo, Elisabeth Horigan, Jennifer Leinheiser, Mackenzie Kramer, Aly Markey, Lauren Mobly, Molly Mornhinweg, Olivia Powers, Samantha Quigley, Gabby Stamler, Mary Spencer, coaches Phil Juliano, Chet Cybularz, Kristen Cybularz, Drew Pownall and John Citrone.
We will have food, soft drinks, tournament t-shirts, 50/50 and other refreshments available. Come and enjoy high caliber softball competing for the right to go to the National Tournament. Experience great girls’ fast pitch softball and join us on July 14th and 15th.
