The Fidelity House Men's League has been around for over 40 years. Fidelity House is a community center in Arlington, has plenty of parking and is accessible by the MBTA. The league is played on Tuesday and/or Thursday nights on our hardwood gym floor. A rare men's league that doesn't do running time, with half the cost of comparable leagues. Huskies win Summer League Title, 19 point comeback vs #BTMF

The Huskies captured the 2014 Fidelity House Summer Men's Basketball league win a 76-73 win over #BTMF.  The game started off win a blur as BTMF raced out to an early lead.  Mark Williams & Phil Galeota were filling the lanes while Kadeem Powell found his stroke from beyond the arc.  BTMF was in control of the game, with a 40-32 lead at the half.  Chris Emma kept the Huskies close with 13 first half points.

In the 2nd half, the young legs of BTMF kept extending the lead, getting it all the way to 58-39 with 10 minutes left in the game.  The Huskies began to find the stroke from deep, with John Bowler and John Murphy connecting on consecutive triples to chip away at the deficit.  Big man Brendan Kiernan worked his way to 8 second half points and the Huskies had made this a game again.  Down the stretch, a three pointer by Chris Emma and a lay-up by Ryan Tiffany gave the Huskies a 2 point lead with less than 2 minutes left.  Mark Williams drained a long three pointer to give BTMF the lead back with 30 seconds left in the game.  John Murphy answered that shot with a dagger from 2 steps inside of half court.  After extending the games with fouls, BTMF had a chance with little time left.  Ryan Fraser and Williams couldn't connect on their 3 point chances and the Huskies emerged victorious.

Emma led the champs with 25 points, Murphy had 19 and Kiernan 12.  BTMF was led by Williams with 17, Galeota 15, Fraser/Powell 14.
