GO Ambassadors!!! We just had a few outdoor meets so far this season, Michaela Rose has run a National top running time of 5:11 in the 1500m for girls ages 9-10 please see results @ www.coachoregistration.com/meet/info/va_track757/2013/04-27_Track_757_Classic. She also ran 14.8 which is top five100m times in the state of VA. Michail Rose ran fast in the 100m(15.6), 800m(2:59). Michael Rose, Jr. has the 3rd fastest times in the state for 400m in 1:02.6.
