Practice begins April 21st. 2008. 6pm @ Kempsville High School.

We participate in AAU and USATF.
For registration form/rules, regulations and before participation info-Please press handouts button above. Handout button next to Leadership and Guestbook button. If any problems call 757-218-9848/757-344-4257. You should be able to print registration form. Registration fee - $65. After April 25th, late registration is required $80.
All levels are welcomed and appreciated!
