FH Basketball League 2009 Season Registration

Registration of the Forest Hills Basketball League will take place on the following day(s) at FHYAA Headquarters, 66-01 Fleet Street (corner of Selfridge & Groton Street - one block from Yellowstone Boulevard) Adjacent to the Little League Baseball Fields. Download and print the Basketball Registration Form.
Open to boys and girls ages 4-18

Forest Hills Little League, Tee-Ball, Pony and Girls' Softball Registration will take place on the following day(s) at FHYAA Headquarters, 66-01 Fleet Street, corner of Selfridge & Groton Streets (one block from Yellowstone Boulevard) adjacent to the Little League Baseball Fields. Due to limited facilities of playing fields, registrants will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. For further information phone 718-544-2296.
Registration Dates:
Friday, October 30, 2009 (7:00PM to 9:00PM) 
Saturday, October 31, 2009 (9:00AM to 1:00PM)
Due to the anticipated large turnout, this may be the only registration we have !!
Registration Fees:
Little League (Ages 5-12) $150
Pony League (Ages 13-17) $185
Girls Softball (Ages 9-16) $120
Fees includes all expenses.
Registrant must appear in person with a parent or guardian who must present the registrant's birth certificate or certified record of date of birth. A $10 reduction for each additional sibling will be honored. Payment of the registration fee MUST be made at registration and may be in cash or check made payable to FOREST HILLS LITTLE LEAGUE. FHYAA Charter
The Forest Hills Youth Activities Association (FHYAA) was formed for the purpose of providing a high-quality recreational program for the children of Forest Hills. Accordingly, we offer a FH Little League Baseball, PONY Baseball and Girls Softball program in the spring, FH Soccer program in the Fall and FH Basketball program in the Winter for our children. Travel teams in each these sports are offered for those children who wish to complement their participation on FHYAA recreation teams.
Conducting such an extensive youth program depends upon the efforts of a large number of volunteer adults from our community. It is the goal of these adult volunteers to organize, plan, and implement and provide a high-quality recreational experience for the children of Forest Hills.
The FHYAA Executive Committee administers the recreational programs offered. The FHYAA Executive Committee structure consists of a President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer. There are Commissioner positions in Baseball, Softball, Basketball and Soccer. Administrative positions include a Director of Officials, Facilities Director, Equipment Director, and Publicity Director.

As you may know, Olga Tokosh loved children and baseball. She would spend hours during the spring and summer watching neighborhood kids play ball at the Forest Hills Little League complex on Fleet Street. The "Olga T Fund" has been established to install a scoreboard in her memory. Contributions may be sent to the following address:
