The Forest Hills Swim Team Board would like to welcome
all new and returning families to the 2009 Team.
We strive to make the swim team experience one that is both
fun and rewarding. We are a recreational team but still provide
quality instruction for all levels of swimmer.
Our team is family oriented and it is the parents support
and involvement that make it all possible.
We want this to be a "fun-tastic" experience for everyone.
