Welcome to the Forest Hills Basketball League Web Site. Here you can get information about our leagues, teams, scores and game summaries. Find out if your game has been cancelled or rescheduled. Get valuable tips and drills for coaches, players and parents from the eteamz.com Instruction Section.

2009-10 Basketball Season Schedule is NOW ONLINE
Welcome back to another season of Forest Hills Basketball. The Official 2009-10 Forest Hills Basketball League Schedule is now available online for the following divisions:
Parents should received a paper copy of this year's schedule from their team coach. Please check this site often for schedule changes, team standings and other important information.

Forest Hills Little League, Tee-Ball, Pony and Girls' Softball Registration will take place on the following day(s) at FHYAA Headquarters, 66-01 Fleet Street, corner of Selfridge & Groton Streets (one block from Yellowstone Boulevard) adjacent to the Little League Baseball Fields. Due to limited facilities of playing fields, registrants will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. For further information phone 718-544-2296.

Saturday, December 5, 2009 (9:00AM to 1:00PM)
no applications will be accepted after this date !!!!
Registration Fees:
Little League (Ages 5-12) $150
Pony League (Ages 13-17) $185
Girls Softball (Ages 9-16) $120
Fees includes all expenses. Registrant must appear in person with a parent or guardian who must present the registrant's birth certificate or certified record of date of birth. A $10 reduction for each additional sibling will be honored. Payment of the registration fee MUST be made at registration and may be in cash or check made payable to FOREST HILLS LITTLE LEAGUE. Due to the large increase of enrollment that we had for the 2009 Little League Season, this may be the only registration we have and will be forced to close out registration early for the 2010 season.
Therefore, it is highly recommended that you register during the first enrollment period on Friday, October 30 or Saturday, October 31 for a guaranteed spot for the 2010 season.
This year, enrollment will be based on a first come, first served basis regardless of how many years you have played in the past.
THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.

FH Basketball Basic Training Sessions
Basketball Basic Training sessions will be held on the following Saturdays:
- October 24, 31
- November 7, 14, 21
- December 5, 12, 19
- January 9, 16, 23, 30
- Feb 6
- Feb 13 (Closing Ceremony and Graduation)
Keep this schedule in a safe place since there will be no further communication from the league before the season starts. Please do not expect a phone call telling you when the first session will start – this is your official notification!
All children will be provided with a team shirt and shorts that must be worn at each session. Parents must provide their child with basketball sneakers (no tennis sneakers, no shoes, no sandals, no cleats). It is the parent’s responsibility to make sure your child is properly dressed for basketball. Be advised that the League does not provide transportation and every child’s parent or guardian must stay in the gym during your child’s session. Parents should NOT regard this basketball program as a babysitting service.
WE ENCOURAGE PARENTAL INVOLVEMENT IN THIS CLINIC. COACHES WILL ASK PARENTS TO HELP KEEP THE CHILDREN INVOLVED, FOCUSED AND PARTICIPATING.
If you have a younger child that you will be bringing to the gymnasium, please be sure to keep an eye on them for their own safety. We will provide a junior size basketball hoop in a gym corner for your younger child to play with but parents must keep younger children off the basketball court. You can also bring their favorite game or toy to keep them busy.
